Documentation Specialist Remote

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in creating, managing, and maintaining high\-quality technical and corporate documents. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, ensuring all documentation supports our products and processes effectively while meeting industry standards. Responsibilities * Create, edit, and update technical manuals, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation. * Maintain document control systems to track revisions and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to collect and verify technical information. * Review and proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting consistency. * Ensure all documentation is accessible and organized for internal and external stakeholders. * Assist in the development and implementation of documentation standards and best practices. * Support training initiatives by providing clear and concise instructional materials. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Information Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist, Technical Writer, or similar role. * Strong command of English grammar, style, and technical writing principles. * Familiarity with document management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, content management systems). * Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into user\-friendly content. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
