Job Title: Account Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Compensation: 3800-4000$About Our ClientOur client is a boutique email marketing agency that partners with DTC eCommerce brands to transform their email lists into consistent revenue streams. They specialize in building, managing, and optimizing email strategies that drive retention and conversions through data-driven campaigns, automated flows, and A/B testing. Their approach is both analytical and creative, always aligned with each brands unique voice and vision.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, youll act as the primary point of contact for 5-7 clients, ensuring smooth execution of email marketing strategies across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups. Youll work closely with designers, Klaviyo technicians, and the leadership team to deliver results that exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication:Manage communication through Slack, Outlook, Loom, and Zoom.Provide daily progress updates, approve designs, and address client questions.Email Strategy & Planning (Klaviyo):Deliver monthly 30-day campaign calendars.Develop and set up email flows.Lead A/B testing (subject lines, send times, content).Optimize and strategize pop-up forms.Campaign & Flow Coordination:Collaborate with graphic designers on campaign assets.Ensure high-quality execution and scheduling of campaigns.Work with Klaviyo technicians to build campaigns.Email Copywriting:Write and edit high-converting copy (using AI support).Reporting & KPIs:Provide near-daily client updates.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.Qualifications2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation).Proven track record managing 5+ client accounts (agency or freelance).Strong email copywriting skills (short-form, image/text formats).Fluent English (written and spoken).In-depth knowledge of flows: Welcome, Cart Abandon, Browse Abandon, Post-Purchase, Winback.Skilled in A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.Experience reviewing designs in Figma and collaborating with creative teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Required TraitsCommunication: Personable, proactive, and professional in all client-facing interactions.Creativity: Brings fresh ideas and tests new strategies to improve performance.Attention to Detail: Zero tolerance for errors in campaigns reaching 100K+ recipients.Marketing Intuition: Strong sense of customer behavior, frequency strategy, and design alignment.Working HoursFull-time, 40 hours/weekCore hours: 9 AM 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)Team communication availability on Slack: 8 AM - 6 PM ESTSome flexibility possibleOriginally posted on Himalayas
