Artificial Intelligence is our reality.We are seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to support the design of a web-based application in an eCommerce-oriented environment. In this role, you will work directly with an international client, translating business requirements into clear, usable, and development-ready designs. This is a staff augmentation position, meaning you will operate independently, collaborating closely with Product Owners and development teams on the client side, without day-to-day support from an internal design team. Key Responsibilities • Design user interfaces and experiences for a web application based on business and product requirements. • Translate business needs and functional requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions. • Create high-fidelity layouts, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, ensuring they are ready for developer handoff. • Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on design decisions. • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all screens and flows. • Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with international teams, maintaining clear documentation and communication. • Iterate on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements. • Contribute to or follow existing design systems and UI standards when applicable. Requirements • Proven experience as a UX/UI or Digital Designer in web applications. • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation, auto layout, and developer handoff practices. • Experience designing interfaces that are feasible and ready for development. • Ability to work from business-driven requirements rather than product discovery processes. • Experience collaborating directly with Product Owners and developers. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a client-facing role. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
