Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleAI Product Solution Owner - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Principal Solution Product Owner is responsible for leading the delivery of complex solution products that deliver meaningful value to our customers. This role operates within a product development team and works closely with engineering and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, define product direction, and translate business problems into actionable requirements.Key responsibilities include refining and prioritizing the product backlog, developing user stories, and guiding Product Discovery and Product Definition efforts. The Principal Solution Product Owner collaborates daily with development teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment throughout the delivery process. This role also serves as the primary interface with Scrum Teams, advancing best practices, driving consistency, and fostering innovation across all Product Owners.ResponsibilitiesTranslate product vision into action by partnering with product management and operations to define features, refine requirements, and convert discovery into a clear roadmap.Own and prioritize the product backlog, including feature mapping, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and sequencing for maximum customer value.Lead Agile ceremonies—support sprint planning, provide daily clarifications, present completed work in reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in retrospectives.Drive successful program increment planning, aligning business value, objectives, and expected outcomes.Monitor product performance and usage, serving as the point of contact for questions, enhancements, and issue resolution across the product lifecycle.Champion product quality by providing input on test strategy, test cases, and ensuring solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with engineering, product management, customer service, go‑to‑market teams, technology partners, and commercial customers.Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, resolving dependencies and supporting timely release of features and fixes.Collaborate with other Product Owners to develop and uphold best practices, standards, and product documentation.Support long‑term product sustainability, including full‑stack ownership, maintenance, and continuous improvement.Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support product and team success.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience leading business processes, system changes and/or similar relevant business experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsProven ability to influence at all levels of an organizationDemonstrated application of strong market awareness and customer focusDemonstrated ownership of complex, timely decisionsProven ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical peopleDemonstrated ability to create and manage complex development projects in a highly dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to pull together diverse teams to solve problems and pursue opportunitiesSkilled at change management and leading changePreferred QualificationsExperience working in an agile environmentExperience with commercial software design concepts, practices, and procedures8 or more years of work experience writing Product Discovery/Definition for software in a Product Owner roleSAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) CertificationExperience with minimum viable product, Scrum, and/or Lean startupExperience developing Product Discovery/Definition for commercial software productsUser Experience (UX) Design experienceExperience delivering on premise and cloud/mobility productsExperience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or related industryStrong technical background and experience with any of the following technologies and architectures: service- oriented architecture, web services, databases, modeling and/or distributed computingEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to pe
