Current interventions for trauma treatment and factors involved in appropriate treatment selection are addressed. **Additional Course Description:** The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of current approaches and best practices in the clinical treatment of adults who have experienced complex trauma. Trauma theory, diagnostic principles, and the predominant treatment models and associated techniques will be explored, as well as related clinical dilemmas and controversies. Psychopharmacological approaches in conjunction with psychotherapeutic modalities will be discussed.
