We’re looking for help supporting our mission to prevent leaking credentials and build the best products for machine identity protection.At Truffle, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fully remote, collaborative team contributing to meaningful advancements in cybersecurity.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to manage our field marketing efforts, with a primary focus on driving pipeline and brand awareness through high-impact events and field programs. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our events portfolio including owned events, third-party sponsorships, and partner co-marketing initiative while helping to build scalable field programs that accelerate revenue growth. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working with the marketing team, Sales, operations and partnerships to translate company-wide campaigns into high-impact regional programs that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen relationships with target accountsA background in or familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as you'll be engaging technical audiences including security engineers, AppSec teams, and CISOs.What you'll be working onPlan and execute a full calendar of field events including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, trade shows, and conferences (RSA, Black Hat, BSides). You will own all logistics from venue sourcing, budgeting, and staffing to materials ordering, swag fulfillment, shipping, run-of-show, and post-event follow-upBuild and manage co-marketing programs with technology, channel, and strategic partners, including joint event planning, shared budgets, and co-branded deliverablesDesign integrated field marketing programs including regional programs aligned to sales goals and target accounts.Partner with sales, SDR, and marketing teams on pre- and post-event outreach, messaging alignment, and event-to-pipeline conversionCoordinate with marketing ops on lead capture, CRM routing, and attribution to ensure clean reporting and accurate pipeline influence trackingDefine KPIs, report on program performance, and continuously optimize based on data to improve ROI and efficiencyBuild and maintain program plans and reporting frameworks to ensure repeatability and scaleWhat we're looking for6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on field marketing, event management, or demand generationProven track record of planning and executing a high volume of events of varying sizes and formats (from 20-person executive dinners to 1,000+ person conferences)Experience managing partner or co-marketing events with measurable outcomesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environmentData-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)Some travel to events will be preferred.Bonus pointsExperience in a high-growth startup environmentExperience managing agency relationships and external vendorsBackground in channel or partner marketingCompensationSalary Range: The target base salary range for this position is between $143,000 to $190,000 for candidates in the United States.Starting salary will vary based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Leveling will be determined during the interview process. You may also be offered a bonus, stock options, and benefits.
