Every page you publish, every SEO update you make, and every quality check you perform helps businesses strengthen their online presence and connect with the customers who need them most.You’re not simply uploading content. You’re ensuring websites are organized, optimized, and performing at their best. From creating new WordPress pages and refining AI-generated content to monitoring website quality and supporting marketing initiatives, your work directly contributes to client growth and success.You thrive on keeping projects moving, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure no detail gets overlooked. Whether you're publishing content, coordinating approvals, reviewing analytics, or assisting with digital marketing tasks, you bring consistency, precision, and accountability to every project.What Your Days Might Look Like:Manage and publish digital content across various online platforms following established processes and quality standardsCreate, update, and maintain web pages, content assets, and digital materials as neededReview, edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure accuracy, consistency, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelinesSupport search engine optimization (SEO) efforts through content updates and implementation of best practicesConduct quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve content, formatting, or functionality issuesMonitor content schedules and project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on timeTrack and prioritize tasks across multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organizationReview performance metrics and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementPrepare regular status updates, reports, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholdersAssist with basic creative and administrative tasks, including managing digital assets and supporting content initiativesOrganize and maintain files, records, project documentation, and workflow resourcesCommunicate professionally with clients and team members regarding project updates, approvals, revisions, and timelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution and client satisfactionEscalate issues, concerns, or roadblocks to the appropriate stakeholders when necessarySupport onboarding, process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new workflowsStay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance and outcomesPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business and client needsWho We Think Will Thrive in This Role:You have strong WordPress experience, including creating pages, duplicating templates, formatting content, and managing website updatesYou understand SEO fundamentals and are comfortable updating URLs, title tags, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization elementsYou have excellent written and verbal English communication skillsYou’re confident communicating professionally with clients through emailYou have strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skillsYou can take AI-generated content and refine it into engaging, high-quality, conversion-focused copyYou’re highly organized and can manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyYou pay close attention to detail and consistently deliver accurate, polished workYou’re comfortable working with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Canva, and project management platformsYou’re proactive, dependable, and capable of working independent
