**Full Charge Bookkeeper** **Location:** Must reside in North Carolina. Some travel may be required. **Compensation:** $25–$28 per hour (DOE) **Job Type:** Full\-Time Join Certum Solutions as a Full Charge Inventory Bookkeeper. You'll support mission\-driven clients using modern tools like Zoho and Cin7, Katana and other inventory programs (some training provided). This remote role (NC\-only) offers flexibility, expert support, and purposeful work with a tech\-forward accounting team and a work from home work environment with limited travel. **About Certum Solutions** Certum Solutions is a tech\-forward advisory practice providing tailored accounting and bookkeeping services with 1:1 advisory support. We specialize in nonprofit and small business bookkeeping, eCommerce, software migration, and ERP support across platforms like QuickBooks, Odoo, Shopify, Zoho, Avalara, and Digits AI Accounting. Our team marries accounting expertise with best\-in\-class tools—including Power BI, QuickBooks Online, and ethical AI—to deliver actionable insights and simplify complex business transitions. We’re headquartered in Monroe, NC, where we also provide software training, consultation, bookkeeping, and tax services. **About the Role** We are looking for a Full\-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong experience working in inventory. Whether you are the LIFO the party, or just love FIFO and average costing, we are looking for a bookkeeper who is truly enthusiastic and really geeks out on inventory problems and processes. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, client\-facing, well\-rounded in experience, and proficient with modern accounting software. While you may be focused on a primary industry, you may also support other verticals depending on adaptability, expertise and capacity. This role (NC\-only) includes occasional in\-person engagement for training, client meetings, or office collaboration, but is mainly work from home. This position is project\-based, and frequently works in setting up clients in Zoho or Odoo and providing consulting on inventory\-based bookkeeping workflows. Candidates with experience in Zoho and Odoo are preferred and possibly required. If you have experience related to this platform, please let us know in your cover letter. Depending on applications received we may be able to train if you have experience in similar platforms and inventory management. **What You’ll Do** * Set up clients on new software suites, primarily Zoho and Odoo * Record day\-to\-day transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage AP/AR * Process payroll, sales tax, and compliance filings (1099s, etc.) * Prepare and review financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) * Perform industry\-specific bookkeeping tasks * Train clients on inventory\-specific bookkeeping tasks and software workflows (remote and in\-person) * Support clients in Zoho and Odoo ERP (training is provided, but a foundation in one of these platforms is highly preferred
