Senior Project Manager (AdTech)

Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planningCoordinate, track, and deliver technical projects spanning multiple teams (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success)Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity and cohesionEnsure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standardsPlan, manage, and monitor project execution; ensure on-time delivery within allocated budgetsConduct project risk analysis, proactively track and communicate risks to stakeholders and customersCreate and maintain transparent, easy-to-read project documentation and reportsEstablish and continuously improve project management best practices, including tools, templates, and rules of engagementDrive change and efficiency in collaboration with internal and external partnersBe a resource and people manager: participate in hiring planning with Recruiting, support onboarding, and ensure professional growth of team membersDrive continuous improvements within the Competence Center, contribute to PMO activities and PM training initiatives, and share lessons learned and best practices to enhance project lifecycle efficiencyContribute to project lifecycle improvement through lessons learned and best‑practice sharing5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management with a technology focusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsStrong sense of ownership and accountability.Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Proven track record in setting up Scrum processes and coaching teamsStrong knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management)Hands-on experience with technical requirements managementExpert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configurationPractical experience with BI toolsUpper-Intermediate English or higherWILL BE A PLUSExperience in the AdTech domainScrum Master and/or Product Owner certificationBasic knowledge of SQLPERSONAL PROFILESkilled at fostering collaboration across diverse teamsExperienced in coaching teams and driving maturityCapable of implementing structured processes that deliver measurable resultsCommitted to continuous improvement and knowledge sharingAre you ready to take ownership of impactful initiatives that shape the future of our company and deliver real value to global industries?
