The retirement business has grown steadily since its inception in 2015, and we have written over $14 billion in total PRT premium as of year-end 2025. Known for customer service excellence, Banner Life retirement secures the retirement of over 200,000 annuitants annually.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a world-class customer experience to each client and their annuitants, ensuring the transition (onboarding) to Banner Life is efficient, accurate, and completed according to plan effective deadline. Support Transition team members in the installation of new business by actively participating in internal and external meetings, developing effective means of communication, and ensuring cross functional departments receive accurate data. Responsible for collaborating with clients, designated representatives, and internal partners to obtain annuitant data, and perform validation testing of annuitant mailings.Develop effective communication materials to use with clients and annuitants during the transition phase. Actively participate in identifying and resolving issues to ensure installation is completed timely, accurately, and efficiently.Effectively communicate to all appropriate parties, including the client and senior management, to ensure everyone receives all information relevant to transition.
