This is not a generalist role — we need someone who has built, scaled, and optimised complex Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments at enterprise level, knows every corner of the Salesforce platform, and can lead strategy and execution without hand-holding. If you have to Google the basics, this is not the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the full Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AgentforceArchitect and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions including journey builder, email studio, automation studio, audience segmentation, and personalisationDesign and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activationBuild and manage data streams, data model objects, calculated insights, and activation targets within Data CloudLead enterprise level implementations and integrations across the full Salesforce platformDefine and govern data strategy, data quality, and compliance across all Salesforce cloudsAct as the senior technical authority and point of escalation for all Salesforce related mattersPartner with marketing, sales, and technology leadership to drive platform strategy and roadmapMentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce team membersRequired Qualifications8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with deep expertise across the full platformAdvanced, proven expertise in Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience BuilderAdvanced, proven expertise in Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activationExperience delivering large scale enterprise implementations across multiple Salesforce cloudsMultiple Salesforce certifications required including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud credentialsProven ability to lead platform strategy and architecture with full autonomyStrong written and spoken English with executive level stakeholder communication skillsMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
