**Job Title:** Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator (Scheduling \& Office Support) **Job Type:** Part\-Time **Schedule:** * Central Times * Friday 8:00 p.m\-11 p.m plus on\-call til 8a * Saturday 6:00p\- 11:00p plus on\-call til 8a. * Sunday 3:30 p.m.\- 11 p.m. plus on\-call til 8a Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized **Dispatcher /** **Customer Service Coordinator** to join our team. Who Thrives in This Role This position is ideal for someone who: * Enjoys **problem\-solving and staying organized** * Is comfortable handling **multiple calls and tasks at once** * Takes **initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do** * Likes helping customers and supporting a team * Works well in a **fast\-paced service environment** Key Responsibilities * Answer and manage **incoming multi\-line phone calls** * Schedule service appointments and **dispatch technicians efficiently** * Follow up with customers regarding service questions and scheduling * Maintain accurate records of work performed and service charges in the company software * Communicate clearly with customers and team members via phone, chat, and in person * Assist with general **office administration and scheduling coordination** * Take the initiative to identify issues and **resolve customer concerns** * Use strong organizational skills to track tasks, notes, and follow\-ups * Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications * **2\+ years of customer service experience** (plumbing/ HVAC or trade/service industry preferred) * Experience with **scheduling, dispatching, or administrative office work** * Strong computer skills (email, scheduling software) * Ability to **multitask in a fast\-paced office environment** * Strong **problem\-solving ability and initiative** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organization and follow\-up habits (note\-taking is essential) * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively * Ability to **pass a background check** **Those who enjoy drama need not apply.** Pay: $14\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Application Question(s): * I understand the shift is on Friday, Saturday, Sunday night, plus overnight on\-call Experience: * Dispatching Service Techs: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
