Join us and help redefine what's possible. **Overview** As a Senior Strategic Services Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment at ClickUp, you will lead high\-impact, end\-to\-end customer engagements that deliver measurable outcomes through agentic automation. You will partner with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents, optimizing the customer’s workspace and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve quality and compliance, and unlock scalable ROI. You will operate with high autonomy across complex implementations, balancing strategic advisory (roadmaps, operating models, value realization) with hands\-on delivery (configuration, testing, launch, enablement). You will also shape how ClickUp scales Certified Agent delivery by creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring others, and feeding product and program insights back into the organization. **The Role** * Strategic Advisory and Executive Partnership * Own senior stakeholder relationships; align agent deployments to business priorities, operating constraints, and measurable success metrics. * Lead discovery with a consultative approach to identify high\-value workflows for agentic automation; translate goals into a practical delivery roadmap. * Provide guidance on governance, risk controls, and adoption strategy for AI\-enabled workflows (ownership, escalation paths, monitoring, change management). * Own ongoing post\-launch
