Accounting Assistant Quickbooks Online Part Time

**Los Willows Wedding Estate** **Fallbrook, CA** Los Willows is one of Southern California's premier private wedding venues, hosting approximately 120 weddings each year. We are looking for an organized, dependable Accounting Assistant to help keep our financial records accurate and up to date. This is an **in\-office position**. We are not seeking remote applicants. Position We are looking for someone experienced with **QuickBooks Online** who enjoys detailed accounting work and takes pride in accuracy. This position is ideal for someone seeking part\-time employment, such as a retired bookkeeper, experienced accounting clerk, parent returning to the workforce, or someone looking to supplement their income. We anticipate the position will be **one day per week initially**, with the possibility of expanding to **two days per week** as our business grows. The position will begin as a **30\-day paid introductory assignment** so that both you and our company can determine if it is the right long\-term fit. Responsibilities * Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online * Process accounts payable * Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices * Process accounts receivable * Prepare bank deposits and payment reports * Assist with collections on outstanding balances * Organize and maintain digital accounting records * Work with our outside accounting consultant to ensure accurate bookkeeping * Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications * Experience using **QuickBooks Online is required** * Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational skills * Professional and dependable * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Comfortable working independently while communicating with management Compensation * **$25\.00 per hour** * Part\-time * Day shift * Opportunity for additional hours as responsibilities grow Why Join Los Willows?
