The role focuses on full‑stack software architecture, infrastructure, and developer productivity across on‑prem and cloud environments.You will help drive engineering maturity and operational excellence across platforms and applications, while influencing teams through technical leadership and collaboration. This role requires deep experience with large‑scale systems, DevSecOps, and modern infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesSet and model a high bar for technical excellence, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, transparency, and continuous improvementLead the adoption and evolution of platform engineering, infrastructure, and DevSecOps practicesChampion developer productivity and experience, including the vision for internal developer platformsPartner with product and engineering teams to define and evolve full‑stack development practices aligned with business strategy and growthProvide architectural leadership through collaboration and influence to ensure scalable, coherent platforms and clear boundaries between platform and application responsibilitiesCollaborate cross‑functionally to integrate risk awareness and operational resilience into the development lifecycleMentor and guide principal and senior principal engineers, supporting growth, alignment, and technical excellenceRequirementsLeadership & ExperienceDemonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and lead high‑performing engineering teamsInclusive leadership approach with strong collaboration and communication skills10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadershipProven success designing, building, and operating large‑scale platformsTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience in full‑stack software architecture and modern infrastructureDeep knowledge of DevSecOps, including automation, CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑enabled workflowsSolid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and problem‑solving principlesExperience designing and operating APIs, with familiarity with Kubernetes and identity technologiesExperience with frontend technologies and an understanding of tradeoffs in an API‑first architectureStrong experience with Go and/or Java, and the ability and desire to learn new technologiesExperience applying AI agents in software development environments to improve engineering efficiency or qualityEducation & Professional BackgroundStrong foundation in software engineering and computer science principles demonstrated through professional experience, education, training, or equivalent practical expertiseThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - CA Bay Area : 240,000 - 360,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 220,000 - 330,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Other posted locations not specifically listed : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / AnnualPoland (Masovian) : 340,000 - 562,000 PLN / AnnualPoland (Outside of Masovian) : 308,000 - 510,000 PLN / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
