EL1 5 Manager Training Service Managers

Key duties and responsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Develop and deliver technology training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences.Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements.Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions.Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices in adult learning.Training Service Managers found suitable will be required to hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work.
