In this pivotal role, you will untangle complex business challenges and leverage data to guide multi\-million dollar investment decisions across our global business segments. By serving as a trusted strategic advisor to key executive leaders, you'll directly shape sustainable growth while balancing profitability, innovation, and long\-term organizational value. **What You’ll Do:** * **Build and refine robust financial models** to evaluate strategic business opportunities and directly inform executive decision\-making. * **Execute ad\-hoc analytical deep\-dives** in partnership with cross\-functional stakeholders to solve complex, high\-impact business problems. * **Track key performance indicators (KPIs)**, analyze performance variances over time, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute actionable business improvements. * **Automate dynamic dashboards and monthly reporting packages** using Looker and Google DataStudio to streamline forecasting and historical reporting for leadership. * **Drive full end\-to\-end project ownership** in a fast\-paced environment while actively leveraging continuous feedback and mentorship to sharpen your technical skillset. * **Leverage AI** to write SQL code to rapidly iterate through analytical insights and reporting optimizations **What You’ll Need:** **Basic Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or Analytics, with the expectation that degree will be obtained between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 * Minimum GPA of 3\.0 * Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co\-op * Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am\-5pm, Monday\-Friday) from January 4 to June 18, 2027 in our Boston office * Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
