You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, and your work will directly impact how thousands of Salesforce sellers understand and sell Qualified.What You'll DoSales EnablementBuild and maintain best-in-class enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning — that help Salesforce Core AEs, Marketing Cloud AEs, and Agentforce Specialists confidently sell QualifiedPartner closely with sales leadership and enablement teams to develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training programsCreate clear, crisp "how to sell Qualified" narratives for various seller audiences (Enterprise, Commercial, industry-specific)Support the content hub strategy, ensuring sellers can always find what they need (e.g., Qualified Enablement Hub)Salesforce & Agentforce PositioningSupport product marketing leadership in defining the relationship between Qualified/Piper and the broader Agentforce platform - clearly answering the questions that come up daily in the fieldDevelop enterprise-ready positioning assets that address long-term roadmap, architectural relationships, and integration vision (Data Cloud, MCP, Service Cloud, etc.)Become a strong expert on competitive positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong POV on how Qualified wins better together with Salesforce’s own solutions Collaborate with product marketing and GTM leadership to keep positioning sharp as the product and integration story evolvesWhat We're Looking For5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plusProven track record driving success in a role that spans product positioning & messaging orsales enablementDeep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and comfort navigating technical positioningStrong written communicator who can translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for sellers, customers, and executive audiencesBackground in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy a plusHighly collaborative - you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product on a daily basisComfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and lots of ambiguityWhy QualifiedYou'll be part of a company that just joined the Salesforce family - with the distribution and resources of one of the world's leading enterprise tech companies behind usYou'll have outsized impact on a small, high-output PMM team that punches way above its weightCompetitive compensation, equity, benefits, and the chance to work alongside some of the best GTM minds in the industryUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
