About Us Maher Capital is a Las Vegas\-based real estate investment company that buys, wholesales, and flips residential properties. We specialize in finding discounted investment opportunities and moving quickly with cash, as\-is offers. We are hiring a **Real Estate Acquisition Agent** to help us source investment property opportunities in the Las Vegas market. This is not a traditional real estate assistant role. This is a sales and acquisitions role. You will be calling agents, following up on leads, analyzing property opportunities, making offers, and helping our team lock up profitable real estate deals. What You’ll Do You will be responsible for helping us find and secure investment deals by: * Calling real estate agents, wholesalers, and potential sellers daily. * Building relationships with agents who may have investor\-friendly properties. * Asking qualifying questions about property condition, seller motivation, timeline, price, and access. * Reviewing basic property information, photos, comps, and repair notes. * Submitting properties to our acquisitions team for underwriting. * Making offers using our pricing guidelines and scripts. * Following up consistently with agents and sellers. * Updating all notes, call outcomes, tasks, and lead status inside our CRM. * Coordinating with our U.S.\-based acquisitions/disposition team. * Helping move qualified opportunities from lead to offer to contract. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Fluent or near\-fluent in English. * Confident speaking on the phone with U.S. real estate agents. * Strong in sales, follow\-up, and objection handling. * Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day. * Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once. * Coachable and willing to follow scripts, systems, and KPIs. * Competitive, hungry, and motivated by performance\-based pay. * Interested in real estate investing, wholesaling, and sales. * Available during U.S. time zones, preferably Pacific Time hours. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Sales experience is more important.
