This role requires experience in law firm intake and conflicts processes, ideally on the Intapp Open platform. General legal conflicts knowledge and form building on other platforms is also highly valued. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice to clients on new business intake and conflicts.Develop and implement plans and strategies around Intapp Intake / Conflicts deployments and cloud migrations.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationRequired: Bachelor's degreeExperienceRequired: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Intapp Open or similar platform.Preferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients.SkillsAnalytical AnalysisBusiness DevelopmentBusiness Intelligence (BI)Business Solutions DevelopmentClient Relationship BuildingCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)Detail-OrientedLegal PracticesCertificationsRequired: NoneThe Compensation range for this role is $130,000 AUD up to $160,000 AUD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
