Data Entry Specialist (Property Records) – Full\-Time, In Office Pay: $20\.00/hour Schedule: Full\-time, Monday–Friday, day shift Location: Goodlettsville, TN (in office, no remote) Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays About the role Property Tax Debt LLC is a fast\-growing real estate company that works with property owners facing tax delinquency. We're adding a full\-time Data Entry Specialist to our Goodlettsville office. You'll be the person who turns raw county records into clean, usable data inside our proprietary software. This is a detail\-heavy, computer\-heavy role, and it's a ground\-floor seat in a company that promotes from within. What you'll do \- Pull property and parcel records from county websites and public sources \- Enter, clean, and organize property data in our in\-house web application \- Build and maintain lead lists in Excel (sorting, filtering, de\-duplicating, basic formulas) \- Format documents and correspondence in Word \- Verify accuracy of records and flag discrepancies \- Support the team with research and other computer\-based tasks as needed What we need \- 1\+ year of data entry, administrative, or office experience \- Strong, fluent computer skills: Word, Excel, and confident internet navigation across multiple sites \- Fast, accurate typing with a sharp eye for detail \- Ability to work independently and manage a queue without hand\-holding \- Reliable, on time, and comfortable in a small\-office environment \- Bonus if you've worked with real estate, title, county records, or a CRM Why join us We're growing quickly and would rather promote the people already here than hire over them.
