We’re bootstrapped, ambitious, and laser\-focused on delivering value to our customers. We’re looking for a driven and talented Account Executive to join our team and help us scale to the next level.
### **What you will do**
* Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Conduct live demos with prospects, handle objections with confidence, and tailor your approach to each lead’s unique needs.
* Discovery \& Mapping: Perform deep discovery to understand customer pain points and map them to 100Hires’ features and use cases.
* Follow\-Ups \& Outreach: Write clear, personalized follow\-up emails based on call transcripts. Form hypotheses for cold outreach campaigns. Create and refine tailored email sequences and test new approaches to improve conversion rates..
* Webinars \& Education: Host weekly webinars for leads and customers. Record educational videos from approved scripts to help prospects and users get the most out of 100Hires.
* Customer Engagement: Act as an evangelist for 100Hires, demonstrating deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for solving hiring challenges.
* CRM Hygiene: Maintain impeccable database and CRM hygiene. Ensure all fields are complete, leads are worked to completion, and no opportunity falls through the cracks.
What we expect from you
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS software, ideally with $1K–$5K ACV. Familiarity with recruitment tech is a strong plus.
* Excellent spoken and written English and comfortable with fully remote, async communication
* Strong live demo skills and objection\-handling abilities.
* Quick learner with the ability to deeply understand 100Hires’ product and its use cases.
* Solid discovery skills to uncover customer pain points and align them with our solution.
* Ability to write clear, tailored email sequences and follow\-ups.
* Reliable internet, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice/accent.
* Highly responsive and quick to answer leads’ emails.
* Detail\-oriented with a commitment to CRM/database hygiene.
* Self\-starter, motivated and eager to contribute to a growing team.
