Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Specialist to take ownership of core internal workflows and systems, with a focus on Google Workspace and Airtable. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just use tools—but builds, manages, and optimizes them to support day-to-day business operations.This person will operate in a small, fast-moving environment, while bringing perspective from more structured or larger organizations to help implement scalable, best-practice processes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage workflows within Google Workspace and AirtableBuild, maintain, and optimize operational processes across systemsEnsure systems are structured, organized, and functioning effectively day-to-dayCollaborate with leadership to translate evolving SOPs into scalable workflowsIdentify gaps and proactively improve processes and automationSupport documentation and build toward more standardized, scalable operationsRequirementsProven experience owning systems and workflows (not just using them)Strong hands-on experience with Airtable and Google WorkspaceAbility to understand and manage end-to-end operational processesExperience working in small or evolving environments, with the ability to operate independentlyExposure to larger or more structured organizations, with an understanding of best practices for scalable systems and processesStrong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity and helping define structure as the role evolvesBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
