In this role, you’ll partner with managers and employees to navigate performance, development, and employee experience while helping the organization scale thoughtfully. You’ll provide practical guidance to managers, support key people processes, and ensure employee concerns are handled with care and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who is hands\-on, highly responsive, and energized by solving people challenges in fast\-growing environments. Just as importantly, you'll help lead our AI transformation. Every People team member is expected to work AI\-first: leveraging AI to move faster and eliminate the manual work that gets in the way of high\-value partnering.
