Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

PRN We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech\-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team as soon as possible for a fully remote, telehealth\-based position. This is a 1099 contract role ideal for professionals who are self\-directed, tech\-savvy, and passionate about delivering high\-quality virtual care. Candidates must have their own supervision in place and be experienced in planning and implementing remote interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech\-Language Pathologist. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of experience working as an SLPA * Must provide proof of current supervision by a licensed SLP * Proficiency in planning and executing Telehealth\-based interventions * Comfortable working independently and using virtual platforms * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable internet connection and access to a private, professional workspace Responsibilities: * Deliver speech\-language therapy services via telehealth under SLP supervision * Implement individualized therapy plans and document client progress * Collaborate with supervising SLP to adjust interventions as needed * Support carryover of speech/language goals in virtual home or school environments * Communicate regularly with families and/or educational teams * Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to company standards Preferred Qualities: * Prior teletherapy experience * Comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, EMRs) * Positive, flexible, and client\-centered approach * Reliable and self\-motivated Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $26\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
