If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you. **The Opportunity** We are seeking a Director, IT AI/Integrations to join our growing corporate IT team and build out a new functional pillar in the IT team to lead Saas integrations and employ AI solutions for business efficiency and improved quality. This role will lead an Automation/AI Roadmap to optimize a connected Saas systems architecture, integrations, workflows, while also driving the company’s enterprise AI/MCP strategy. This role serves as a bridge between business units, IT Applications, IT Project Management, Data \& Analytics, and Security teams—ensuring applications, data, and workflows are aligned with business goals, future\-ready for scale, and infused with AI where appropriate. This role will be an architect for enterprise automation, minimize duplication across systems, and create scalable and secure end\-to\-end solutions. A successful candidate will standardize across a unified WorkatoOne MCP platform, design and implement scalable Saas integrations, and incorporate agentic AI\-driven capabilities into the ecosystem while ensuring governance, data security, and compliance.
