What You Will Do (The Fun Stuff) * **Be the Face of the Firm:** Actively network within your local business community, B2I groups, chambers of commerce, and professional associations. * **Consultative Selling:** Meet with potential business clients to understand their financial pain points and present our high\-value accounting solutions. * **Relationship Building:** Develop strong referral pipelines with local banks, lawyers, commercial real estate brokers, and business coaches. * **Zero Back\-Office Grind:** Shake hands and close deals. Once the client signs, you hand them off to our dedicated backend team. You never have to touch a journal entry or reconcile a spreadsheet.
