This is a 1099 independent contractor job. **Duties** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions. * Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with professionalism. * Utilize outbound calling techniques to follow up on customer requests or promote relevant services and offers. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience at all times. * Support client services by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance overall satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments with strong analysis skills. * Bilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances service delivery. * Excellent communication skills with active listening capabilities and clear articulation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. * Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in typing, data entry, and record keeping. * Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity standards.
