Bookkeeper with real estate brokerage experience

**Candidate Requirements** We like to keep it simple and be direct to the point. You don't need a formalized write\-up of what a bookkeepers do. We are looking for multiple bookkeepers that meet all of these requirements. 1\. Must be both **fast and accurate.** There's no value in being fast and wrong or slow and right. 2\. **Strong communication skills** are critical. We're a fast\-moving team that prioritizes responsiveness. 3\. Must have **experience bookkeeping for real estate brokerages.** If you don't have this experience, you will not be considered 4\.
