**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Operations, Dispatch \& Social Media Coordinator serves as a key operational partner to leadership. This role supports dispatch, scheduling, technician coordination, customer communication, vendor management, parts procurement, recruiting support, social media management, and administrative operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, creating order from chaos, improving processes, and helping a growing business scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations \& Business Support
* Coordinate daily business operations
* Monitor jobs from lead to completion
* Improve workflows and operational processes
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
* Track operational priorities and follow\-up items
* Support company growth initiatives
* Identify problems and implement solutions
* Assist leadership with special projects
*Dispatch \& Scheduling*
* Schedule and dispatch technicians
* Coordinate same\-day and emergency service requests
* Optimize technician schedules and routes
* Monitor technician progress throughout the day
* Maintain technician availability calendars
* Coordinate customer appointment confirmations
* Fill schedule gaps and maximize technician utilization
* Ensure efficient communication between customers and field teams

* Respond to customer inquiries
* Coordinate customer communications
* Confirm appointments and arrival windows
* Follow up on estimates and open opportunities
* Resolve customer concerns professionally
