The brand creates functional powders for women who romanticize their rituals and sits at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, and lifestyle. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic influencer marketing expert to help execute and scale the brand's creator and influencer engine across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and other emerging platforms. This role matters because our brand lives where our audience lives: BookTok, Bookstagram, fandom culture, and creator-driven storytelling. You will help ensure that creators feel supported and that campaigns run smoothly. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will focus on sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships. Strategy, creative direction, and narrative will be set by the Brand team. Your job is to make the engine run smoothly and reliably. The ideal candidate has experience managing influencer or creator campaigns for eCommerce or consumer brands, understands the dynamics of paid and organic collaborations, and is genuinely obsessed with romantasy and fantasy books, BookTok, Bookstagram, and creator culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreator Sourcing & OutreachIdentify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audienceConduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnershipsBuild and maintain a strong, organized creator pipelineCampaign & Relationship ManagementManage day-to-day communication with creatorsCoordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvalsEnsure content is delivered on time and meets expectationsBuild long-term relationships with high-performing creatorsProgram ExecutionSupport gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programsTrack creator participation, content delivery, and usage rightsMaintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentationPerformance Tracking & SupportTrack basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usageShare summaries and learnings with the Brand teamHelp identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships withCross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teamsSupport launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plansQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a relevant field3–5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred)Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trendsSkilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creatorsProficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs)Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) - likely in US Pacific TimePrevious experience working the overnight/graveyard shiftBENEFITSCompetitive pay, always in US dollarsWork remotely from the comfort of your homeHealth & wellness benefitPaid holidays and time offPerformance and referral bonusesGlobal exposure to the world’s best companiesOriginally posted on Himalayas
