We're a dynamic bunch, always ready to roll up our sleeves and support each other every step of the way.About the Role:This role supports the coordination and execution of sales deals across a defined territory, helping ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with business processes. You’ll work closely with multiple teams and customers to manage deal lifecycles, resolve issues, and support successful outcomes. The position combines analytical thinking, customer interaction, and process improvement to strengthen operational effectiveness.Responsibilities:Track all deals (new and renewal) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with internal milestonesMonitor procurement and invoicing requirements, including paperwork aging, purchase orders, and process exceptionsAddress account-level delinquencies by coordinating with relevant stakeholdersEngage with customers on renewals, including contested renewals and title-related discussionsSupport contract review, redlining, and documentation for new and renewal opportunitiesMaintain and update regional process documentation to ensure operational accuracyPartner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to structure and execute complex dealsEnsure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and approval processesRequirements:Experience in sales operations, customer support, account coordination, or a related roleUnderstanding of deal structuring, pricing models, and contract workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work across teams and influence outcomes in cross-functional environmentsClear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simplyStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfort working with contracts, redlining, and documentation processesFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office toolsWork in a Way That Works for You:We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
