**Client Success \& Operations Coordinator** Tax, Bookkeeping \& Business Services Firm Organized. Professional. Responsive. We are a growing tax, bookkeeping, and business services firm seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Client Success \& Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a major part in the day\-to\-day success of the business by supporting client communication, onboarding, scheduling, workflow coordination, operations, and lead management. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail\-oriented, tech\-savvy, and confident communicating with clients in a fast\-paced professional environment. This is not simply an administrative assistant position — this is a client experience and operational support role that directly impacts the growth, organization, and success of the firm. This is primarily a remote position for candidates located in the Austin area, with occasional on\-demand, on\-site meetings, work sessions, errands, or operational support needed in the Round Rock area. Primary Responsibilities Client Communication \& Administrative Support * Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner * Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and administrative support * Manage scheduling, consultation booking, calendar coordination, and appointment confirmations * Send reminders for meetings, deadlines, document requests, onboarding tasks, and client follow\-up * Monitor inboxes, voicemail, and client communications to ensure timely responses and follow\-through * Route client questions and requests appropriately to internal team members when needed * Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and strong attention to detail in all client interactions Lead Management \& Client Intake * Respond to website inquiries and follow up with new leads daily * Maintain timely lead follow\-up and track lead status to ensure no inquiries are missed * Qualify inbound leads and gather preliminary information regarding client service needs * Confidently communicate firm services, pricing structure, onboarding processes, and next steps to prospective clients * Convert and onboard standard tax preparation clients directly when appropriate * Schedule discovery calls and consultations for higher\-level tax preparation, bookkeeping, and tax planning opportunities * Maintain consistent follow\-up with prospective clients to improve conversion rates and reduce lost leads * Track lead pipeline activity, consultation status, and prospect follow\-up within the CRM system *
