This role sits within the PM team as a key execution partner, directly supporting the Senior Program Manager and enabling smooth, high\-quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of creative work **About the role** ------------------ Zillow Group is looking for a Program Manager to join the Studio Z Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role for someone who thrives in the day\-to\-day rhythm of creative production and brings structure, clarity, and care to every project they touch. This Program Manager is the day\-to\-day operational backbone for a subset of Studio Z's creative portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role keeps projects moving from brief through delivery\-managing timelines, communications, and production logistics across a mix of campaign deliverables. The ideal candidate is a detail\-oriented, proactive executor who brings calm and structure to a fast\-moving creative environment, and who is excited to grow their PM skills in a high\-performing, cross\-functional team.
