Company Overview Cyberkraft is a cybersecurity training company focused certification training, custom courseware development, and workforce development programs. We are an authorized training partner with CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, EC\-Council, PMI, and Cisco, delivering instructor\-led certification bootcamps and building custom training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We hold a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract and serve customers across the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, defense contractors, and the private sector. We are a small, growing team where individual contributors have direct impact on business growth. **Position Summary** Cyberkraft is hiring a Sales Development Representative to help build our outbound sales engine across federal, defense contractor, SLED, and commercial cybersecurity training markets. This role is ideal for a technically curious seller who enjoys both prospecting and systems\-building. You will generate qualified meetings for senior account executives while helping develop the cadences, lists, workflows, and AI\-enabled processes that support scalable outbound growth. Responsibilities * Generate qualified meetings for account executives through high\-volume, multi\-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, personalized video, and approved event follow\-up channels; qualify engaged prospects based on budget authority, timeline, and training requirements before handoff * Build and manage structured outreach sequences and automation workflows in HubSpot, including multi\-tier cadences with conditional logic based on prospect engagement * Source, enrich, and segment targeted prospect lists using prospecting databases, AI research tools, and third\-party enrichment platforms * Operate and manage sales technology platforms including HubSpot, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach and automation tools; evaluate and adopt new tools as the sales technology landscape evolves * Track and optimize outreach performance: monitor call volume, connect rates, reply rates, and meeting conversion; report weekly and adjust campaigns based on data * Attend cybersecurity and defense industry conferences as a company representative; capture leads and execute post\-conference follow\-up sequences Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * 3\+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a technical outbound prospecting role * Experience with high\-volume outbound calling and multi\-channel sales prospecting * Hands\-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Fluency with AI tools and the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and implement new sales technology * Professional phone presence and strong written communication skills; comfortable engaging managers, directors, and senior stakeholders in structured discovery conversations *
