Job Description
We are onboarding multiple remote contractors through **The Rake Foundation** to access flexible, remote work opportunities supporting businesses.
This is a simple application and onboarding process designed for individuals looking for flexible contractor work remotely. Positions are guaranteed after background check.
**What you’ll do:**
* Provide remote customer support (chat, email, or phone depending on assignment)
* Complete onboarding and training after application
* Work independently with flexible scheduling
* Attend paid instructor\-led training and complete self\-paced work each day
**Requirements**:
* Windows 11 Computer
* Webcam \& USB Headset
* 2 monitors (1 laptop\+ monitor or 2 monitors \+ desktop)
* Reliable wired internet connection (no wifi)
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Pass Entry Assessment
* Attend 2\-4 weeks paid training for 4\-6 hours (M\-F)
Customer service experience is helpful but not required for all opportunities.
