DescriptionMEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being, and we're doing it with AI at the core.We are seeking a VP of Product to lead our entire product & engineering organisation. This is one of the most expansive and demanding product leadership roles you will find in the market: the person in this role will own PM, Engineering, Design, Data, and PMM under a single umbrella — a scope typically reserved for C-suite executives at much larger companies.The organisation you will lead includes 1 Director of Product, 8 PMs, 1 Director of UX & Design, 3 Designers, 1 Director of Data & Analytics, 6 data analysts, 1 data engineer, 1 Lead PMM, 1 VP of Engineering, and 30+ Engineers & QAs across two product tracks- Core Track and AI Clinic Track.We have already shipped multiple AI initiatives:AI Scribe that helps clinicians save time on writing progress notesChart Review AI that highlights deviations from clinical protocolsAgentic AI Receptionist that owns internal support processesThe role reports directly to the CEO.We expect the person in this role to bring rare, genuine depth across product strategy, behavioural design, applied AI, data-driven decision making, and people leadership — and to operate effectively at both the executive and hands-on levels simultaneously.Requirements10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product teamsExperience leading cross-functional organisations that include design, data, and/or engineering — not just PMStrong product sense: proven track record of both growing existing products and building new ones from 0 to 1Hands-on experience building AI-first products, including practical knowledge of RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI EvalsAbility to build an AI product prototype independently, without involving engineeringExperience with behavioural design — building product experiences that drive user behaviour, not just ship featuresExecutive-level communication skills: ability to bring clarity to complex, uncertain situationsExperience driving company-level strategy and quarterly OKR planningData-driven mindset: ability to diagnose issues with data using a segment → root cause → fix approachStructured problem solving using issue trees, hypothesis trees, or equivalent frameworksCulture fit: ownership, focus, radical transparency, evidence-based decisionsAdvanced English (C1+) and fluent RussianResponsibilitiesDefine, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy for MEDvidiLead, coach, and manage the full product & engineering organisation across both product tracksSet and maintain a high bar for product quality and execution speed across all teamsFacilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive levelResolve cross-functional blockers and identify opportunities through direct day-to-day engagement with teamsContinuously improve product & engineering culture and processesCollaborate with other department heads and the CEO on company-level initiativesWhy Join MEDvidiOpportunity to build and own the operational backbone of a growing health tech companyHigh-impact leadership role with direct influence on company trajectoryClose partnership with the CEO, executive leadership, and advisorsAbility to shape how AI and modern systems are applied to healthcare operationsCompetitive compensation and equity aligned with impactOriginally posted on Himalayas
