Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant(Succession & development)Location: RemoteStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 1 yearNumber of positions: 1 Experience: 5+ years Working shift timing: Evening shift (US Shift) Selection Process: 1 roundJob Description: 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Succession module in a lead role.Associate or Professional certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules:- Succession Management Career Development Planning and Mentoring.Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes.Knowledgeable of current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective. Ability to elicit and document business requirements. Design, implement, and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current processes and future state needs.Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes.Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes.Validate configurations through testing plans and scriptsUse standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validationTrain end-users on specific processes and applicationsProvide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests.Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & supportKeep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features.Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Functional skill in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Succession is a must and Basic knowledge of interfacing within SF Cross modules is a plus. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong work ethic to independently implement the SF Succession module.
