Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service CoordinatorSandia Summit Auto Detailing **Location:** Remote **Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time (40 hours/week) **Reports To:** Ashton Tarin, Owner About Us Sandia Summit Auto Detailing is one of New Mexico's fastest\-growing mobile detailing companies. We specialize in premium interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, fleet services, and vehicle protection solutions. Our mission is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience and unmatched quality while building long\-term relationships with our clients. We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and highly organized Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for converting inbound leads into booked appointments, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping grow our fleet and commercial accounts through outbound prospecting. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales \& Lead Conversion * Answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and web inquiries. * Qualify leads and recommend appropriate detailing services. * Provide pricing information and service recommendations. * Convert leads into scheduled appointments. * Schedule jobs inside Go HighLevel CRM. * Coordinate technician schedules and route appointments efficiently. * Follow company sales scripts and SOPs while maintaining a natural conversation style. Customer Service \& Client Communication * Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians. * Handle appointment changes, customer concerns, and scheduling conflicts. * Follow up with customers after service completion. * Encourage Google reviews and repeat bookings. * Maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards. Fleet \& Commercial Account Development * Research and identify local fleet and commercial prospects. * Perform outbound cold calling and follow\-up campaigns. * Build and maintain a pipeline of fleet opportunities. * Schedule appointments for larger commercial opportunities. * Track all prospecting activities within Go HighLevel. CRM \& Administrative Support * Maintain accurate customer records. * Update lead statuses and booking information. * Follow all SOPs for booking, communication, and data entry. * Identify trends in customer objections and lost opportunities. * Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned. QualificationsRequired * Minimum 3 years of inside sales, customer service, or appointment\-setting experience. * Strong verbal and written English skills. * Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone calls. * Excellent organization and time\-management skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Strong computer and CRM skills. * Experience working with U.S.\-based customers. Preferred * Experience in automotive, home service, cleaning, or service\-based industries. * Experience using Go HighLevel CRM. * Prio
