Expertise in Figma is essential, as is a strong command of digital production techniques and a mobile-first mindset.Working closely with internal teams, you will helpdevelop and maintain design standards, contribute tocampaign concepting, and buildstyle guides and design systemsthat ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across every guest touchpoint. An expert eye for typography, layout, color, and UI - combined with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment - is a must.What You’ll Do!DesignDesign and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials.Develop appropriate design solutions within our campaign thematic and brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling services, related brand messages, or educating our customers in an engaging way.Ensure that each assigned project meets all production specifications and is delivered on time.Employ appropriate digital techniques as required including animation, video, micro-interactions, etc.ConceptingIn partnership with other creative team members, concept and develop new integrated marketing solutions for internal and external audiences.Focus on thematic brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas and tactical promotion to fully realize breakthrough creative that supports the brand vision, drives engagement, and stands out from the clutter.Assist in the creation of the final style guides to be shared with internal and external partners.ExecutionResponsible for producing accurate and complete work including versioning for various review sessions. Execute proof corrections within the time frame dictated by the schedule.Prep and release files.Execute iterative creative assets for workflows in a test & learn environment.Accurately tag and upload work into proper tools including the DAM.ContentDevelop plans for new asset creation in conjunction with the Creative Director and other team partners. Partner and have excellent communication with studio crew.Responsible for the selection and editing of photographic assets, following agreed upon design direction. May also create/edit video, gifs and other digital assets.Create infographics and other engaging content to help explain our processes, story and advance our nurture streams in engaging, disruptive ways.Drive open rates and clicks.CraftsmanshipMust be a student of their craft and strive to stay up to date on the latest production techniques and creative designs being used in the retail industry, healthcare and in digital channels.In addition, research related subject matter to ensure visual and voice authenticity in creative.Cross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure creative output is aligned with brand direction and storytelling goalsPartner with the Performance team to understand what creative is working and what's not, using data to inform and improve future workWork within the COE (Center of Excellence) to learn about creative best practices across TAG companies and apply relevant learnings to ChapterWhat Success Looks LikeDeliver on-brand creative that performs consistently across paid, owned, and earned channelsBuild a trusted reputation as a go-to creative partner across marketing and brand teamsContribute to a co
