If you thrive in environments where your work has a direct, measurable impact, you will fit right in. **Position Overview** We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and supports all omni\-channel brand initiatives across our portfolio of health and wellness brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting persuasive, engaging, and compliant copy that connects with audiences and drives conversions. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and creating content that inspires, educates, and converts across multiple marketing channels. **Responsibilities*** Write compelling, high\-performing copy for paid media, landing pages, emails, SMS, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital channels. * Craft persuasive direct\-response and brand performance marketing content and storytelling that highlights product benefits and drives conversions. * Develop clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and other video assets. * Adapt tone, voice, and messaging to fit various audiences, campaigns, and distribution channels. * Optimize copy for SEO, engagement, and conversion while ensuring compliance with the FTC \& FDA regulations and maintaining brand consistency. * Partner with marketing and content leads to maintain an organized content calendar and ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing goals. * Work with the Product Development and CX teams to translate complex information into educational and consumer\-friendly messaging. * Partner with Paid Media, Social, Content, Designers, and Email/SMS teams to align copy with campaign goals, creative direction across channels, and bring creative concepts to life. * Serve as a key proofreader for marketing and product assets, including labels \- ensuring compliance, quality, accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency across all brand channels. * Use data\-driven insights and A/B testing to refine and enhance ad copy, headlines, and messaging strategies. * Monitor key content performance metrics, including click\-through rates (CTR), conversions, and engagement, to enhance the effectiveness of copy. * Stay current on industry trends, emerging content strategies, an
