**About the Role**
We're working on behalf of a luxury e\-commerce company that supports customers throughout their online shopping experience. This role focuses on providing thoughtful, professional assistance to customers who value high\-quality service and clear communication.
You’ll handle customer questions related to orders, products, and delivery while helping maintain a polished brand experience.
**What You’ll Do**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support
* Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges
* Provide accurate product information and next\-step guidance
* Document interactions clearly in the customer support system
* Partner with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Share feedback on recurring questions or customer concerns
**Who This Role Is a Good Fit For**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable assisting customers in a professional, customer\-first manner
* Organized and detail\-oriented
* Able to work independently in a remote environment
* Prior customer service or e\-commerce experience is helpful, but not required
