Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support platform and orchestration capabilities within a telecom environment. This role focuses on low-code platforms, workflow orchestration, policy management, and access control, ensuring scalable and compliant platform operations.Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specificationsAnalyze and support platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog managementAct as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communicationSupport workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurationsAssist in defining and maintaining RBAC (role-based access control) models and policiesContribute to policy definition and decision layer logicEnsure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirementsEvaluate and improve platform usability and UX patternsParticipate in project planning, tracking, and delivery supportDevelop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate platform functionalityPrepare and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, policies, reports, post-implementation reviews)10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in large-scale projectsHands-on or conceptual experience with low-code / no-code platforms and workflow configurationUnderstanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworksDeep knowledge of RBAC design and access management modelsExperience with orchestration concepts and tools, workflow configurationsUnderstanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global)Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into functional specificationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience working in Agile environmentWe offer:Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
