Job Description
ARE PE Partners is hiring a full\-time, remote Facebook Ads Manager who is also a strong copywriter, to own paid media across a portfolio of U.S. home services businesses (HVAC, flooring, roofing, plumbing). You'll write the hooks and ad copy, build the strategy, run the Meta campaigns, and own the results.
We're looking for someone strong at both the writing and the strategy. If you're a direct\-response copywriter who also wants to own campaign performance, this is a good fit. If you'd rather only manage budgets without writing, or only write without owning the numbers, it likely isn't.

ARE PE Partners acquires and grows home services businesses across the U.S. and runs their marketing in\-house, so you'll build deep expertise in one industry. **What you'll do**
* Write hooks, primary text, headlines, and ad scripts for home services offers
* Develop the angles and offers behind each campaign from audience and performance data
* Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns — placements, bidding, targeting, budget pacing
* Run A/B tests on copy, hooks, creative, and audiences; scale winners and cut losers
* Track cost\-per\-lead, cost\-per\-booked\-job, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and hook rate; report weekly to leadership
* Write creative briefs for designers and video producers and direct the creative concept
* Meet weekly with operators and guide creative teams with clear feedback
* A plus, not required: running Google and other platforms as a secondary channel
**Qualifications**
* 4\+ years writing direct\-response copy and running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
* A portfolio of ad copy and hooks you've written (the first thing we'll review)
* Proven results with lead\-generation or local\-service campaigns; home services a plus
* Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading performance data and acting on it
* Fluent, professional English, written and spoken
