Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to lead strategic innovation and R&D technology initiatives within a large, regulated utility environment. This role drives 1–2 concurrent enterprise projects from concept through delivery, ensuring clear scope, disciplined financial management, and measurable business outcomes.You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and IT execution—translating emerging technology ideas into structured, executable plans while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and financial oversight.What You Will OwnEnd-to-end project leadership (cradle-to-grave ownership)
• Creation of detailed project plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps
• Budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and blocker resolution
• Cross-functional coordination across business, architecture, cybersecurity, and delivery teams

What Makes You a Strong Fit7+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale SaaS and/or infrastructure initiatives
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, variance management, change control)
• Exceptional communication skills across executive and technical audiences
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and strong stakeholder personalities
• Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive learner
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing execution discipline
Preferred Qualifications• PMP or equivalent certificationExperience within utilities, energy, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives
• Experience operating within structured governance frameworks
