**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Handle email correspondence, screen incoming messages, and ensure timely responses.

* Conduct online research to gather information as requested by the team.
* Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure the accuracy of company records.
* Provide excellent customer service support to clients via email and telephone.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.

**Qualifications and Skills**
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
