The Director, Product Management Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Director, Product Management requires an in\-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
We are building a next\-generation, journey\-centric product operating model focused on improving patient outcomes, provider experience, and life sciences client value. This role will lead the hub product function and serve as the strategic owner of product outcomes across the patient, provider, and life sciences experience domains.
The Director of Product Management for Hub Journeys and Experience will be responsible for building and overseeing systems that go beyond the traditional system\-centric product management and establish a product operating model organized around end\-to\-end journeys, measurable business outcomes, and shared platform strategy. The role will be accountable for accelerating therapy starts, improving patient and provider experiences, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable business impact. The role also serves as a manager of the Hub Product Portfolio, combining product leadership, business strategy, and financial accountability. The director is responsible not only for product strategy and experience outcomes, but also for the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, investment prioritization, and value realization.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in manufacturer hub services, patient support programs, healthcare operations, and product management solutions for life sciences organizations. Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data analytics to develop product strategies, prioritize investments, and drive roadmap execution. The candidate should have experience partnering closely with user experience and research teams to uncover customer needs, identify emerging trends, and translate insights into differentiated solutions that increase client value, engagement, and adoption. Additionally, the ideal candidate has a proven track record leading high\-performing teams responsible for developing and scaling products that support patient access, specialty pharmacy services, patient support programs, or clinical trial solutions
