This role will focus on building scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and enabling seamless data movement across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and is passionate about delivering clean, trusted, and AI-ready data to support analytics, reporting, and business operations.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica (IDMC, IICS, or PowerCenter)Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading Integrate data across systems such as CRM, ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and data warehouses (Snowflake, SQL Server)Implement data quality rules, validations, and monitoring processesCollaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsSupport data migration, conversion, and modernization initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issuesEnsure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standardsDocument technical designs, mappings, and workflowsLead and/or support business development effortsLead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client workRequired Skills3–7+ years of experience in data integration or ETL developmentHands-on experience with:Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / IDMC or PowerCenterData Integration, Mass Ingestion, or Application Integration modulesStrong SQL skills (data querying, transformation, optimization)Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations (CSV, JSON, XML)Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelingExperience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with data quality and governance conceptsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsDesired SkillsExperience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or MDMExposure to API-led integration patternsKnowledge of Python or scripting for data processingExperience with orchestration tools or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git)Experience in industry domains such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, or Non-ProfitInformatica Professional Certification (IICS / IDMC)Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
