This role requires a polished, professional consultant who can build customer confidence, translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements, and provide independent thought leadership across the software delivery lifecycle. Clearance: This position supports a federal contract and requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) status, as well as the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. **What will you do in this role?** * Serve as a senior business analysis lead supporting a federal mission\-critical application, acting as a trusted liaison between customer stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and project leadership. * Engage customers with polished, professional communication; facilitate productive discussions, manage expectations, ask probing questions, and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently. * Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, document reviews, process analysis, backlog refinement s
