The rest, as they say, will be history...About the role:We are actively seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you’ll play a key role in crafting and enhancing user interfaces for our platform in close collaboration with product management and engineering teams. You’ll have the opportunity to build prototypes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure the seamless integration of design elements across our platform. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences and the overall success of our product. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.In this position, you will:Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfacesDevelop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedbackWork with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterationsLead rapid design exploration and prototyping to validate concepts early in the product development cycle.Plan and execute user research and testing efforts, including A/B tests, usability studies, and experiments.Synthesize research, behavioral data, and test outcomes into clear design recommendations.Drive continuous design iteration based on user feedback, product metrics, and business impact.Conduct competition research to inform design decisions.Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarificationsUtilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the productTake ownership of features and drive them from conception to deliveryCreate user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web applicationSkills and Experience needed:Minimum of 5 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar roleDemonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitudeProven experience in rapid design iteration, prototyping, and concept validation.Hands-on experience with user research and testing methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, and experiment analysis.Strong ability to synthesize user insights, behavioral data, and business needs into clear design solutions.Deep understanding of product design processes, interaction design, and user-centered design best practices.Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rulesProficiency in FigmaAbility to create and maintain Design SystemDemonstrated self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality to drive projects independently and deliver high-quality resultsBenefits of Working with Us:We provide high-performance company laptops for optimal productivityUnlimited PTO lets you take the time you need to rechargeOne-time $500 office budget to set up your workspace$50 monthly for educational resources, rolling over until year-endStock options so you can share in the company’s growthWe're fired up to learn more about you to see how you can help us on our mission!
